Athletic Performance Training Level 1 Group Training - Ages 7-12

Speed Factory uses up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve coordination and confidence.
Regardless of the division, our Coaches will motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.
Level 1 is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

Sessions are 60 minutes and are comprised of:
10 minute dynamic warm up
20 minutes of linear speed or multi-directional agility work
10 minutes of core training, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength work
15 minutes of anaerobic conditioning
5 minutes of stretching and mobility work

The Level 2 Program is designed to:

Increase Total Body Strength
Increase Endurance

Tuff Tread Training makes the difference. The program consists of five components designed to develop the athlete’s dynamic sprint speed, running mechanics, functional mobility, strength, recovery time, and confidence. Athletes are pushed, quite literally, to their limit. Any athlete, of any skill level, who completes this eight-week program will show dramatic improvement.
